Remember to make your hotel reservation seperately. Your hotel room is not automatically reserved after registrating to the conference.
Final registration date is set to 24 October.

Conference Fee
The registration fee includes the conference and workshops, proceedings, lunch, coffee breaks and banquet. As a conference attendant you pay your own travel and accomodation.

The Organising Committee
The conference is arranged by the Lead Benificary - LSGB - with Dagmar Goltermann and Jeff Marengwa as the lead. Susanne Peeger is in charge of the finances and Catrin Hasewinkel of communications. If you have any questions concerning finances, please mail them to Susanne. If you have any questions concerning practical details, please mail them to Dagmar or Catrin.
