Cancellation of Conference and Venue
You can cancel your conference registration without any cancellation fee up until 1 November. For cancellation after this date you may be charged the costs for services that are not possible to cancel (e.g. food reservation, etc.). For cancellation send an E-mail to the conference team.

Hotel Cancellation
Once you have booked your room at your chosen hotel, you are bound to the terms of cancellation of that particular hotel.
